October is Melanoma Awareness Month

New Zealand has some of the highest melanoma rates in the world, but the vast majority are preventable and early detection saves lives.

This October, we’re proud to back Melanoma New Zealand to support their Get Spotted campaign. Real service means looking out for our communities on and off the road, and we’re honoured to help make spot checks and education more accessible for everyone across Aotearoa.

Support Our Cause & Get Involved:

• Redeem Your Points for Good: As a My Challenge member, you can now help fund life-saving work by redeeming your reward points for a direct donation to Melanoma New Zealand, helping fund more free spot checks nationwide.
   
• Find a Free Spot Check: Melanoma New Zealand nurse educators are holding free skin check events across the country throughout October. 
   
• Learn More About Prevention: Visit the official Melanoma New Zealand page to learn more about early detection and skin safety. 

What is the My Challenge Programme?

With My Challenge you save on fuel and earn points which can be redeemed for rewards in store. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

My Challenge Points can also be donated to well deserving Community Groups to help with their fund raising.

How do I help support a community group?

Simply become a My Challenge member and scan your card every time you shop with us. Then once you have accumulated enough points, you can convert them to a donation to a Community Group your local store supports.
