Terms and Conditions (Terms)

Please read the following Terms carefully.  These Terms apply to the Promotion undertaken by Dealer Co (NZ) Limited (trading as Challenge Fuel) (Promoter). The Terms may be amended by the Promoter from time to time by updating the Terms on the Promoter's website.

1. Promotion Period:

  • This promotion runs from 5 May 2025 to 30 June 2025. Challenge reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility:

  • Nominations are open to the public and Challenge staff.
  • Nominees must be currently employed at a Challenge service station in New Zealand.

3. How to Enter:

  • Submit a nomination via the nomination form.
  • Each entry must include the nominee’s name, Challenge location, a description of the service provided, and contact details for the nominator.
  • Incomplete entries or those without valid contact details may not be eligible.

4. Prize Details:

  • Up to two winners will be selected each month during the promotion period.
  • Winning nominees will receive a Challenge Gift Card valued between $100–$250, depending on the level of service provided (this value is not publicly disclosed).
  • If a winning nomination is submitted by a member of the public, they will receive a $50 Challenge Gift Card.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Multiple Nominations:

  • If the same person is nominated more than once, the first valid nomination received will be considered for judging.
  • Time and date stamps from the submission form will be used to determine the first entry.

6. Winner Verification:

  • Before awarding any prizes, Challenge will verify with the relevant store that the nominated individual is currently employed and that the service story is accurate.
  • Challenge reserves the right to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified or appears to be misleading.

7. Notification of Winners:

  • Winners will be contacted using the information provided in the nomination form.
  • If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Challenge reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Use of Entries:

  • By entering, nominators and nominees agree that their stories may be used by Challenge for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and email newsletters.
  • No sensitive personal information will be shared without explicit consent.

9. General:

  • Challenge may cancel or modify the campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and participants release Meta of any responsibility.
