Welcome to Methven Motors, Methven's only manned fuel station and a trusted part of this mid-Canterbury community.
We're 100% locally owned and employ over 20 people from the Methven area, including members of the local Fire Brigade and NZ Search & Rescue.
Methven Motors is a full-service operation. As well as fuel, we run an on-site workshop covering vehicle servicing, auto electrical work, and tyre supply and fitting. We also provide AA breakdown assistance and tow truck recovery, so whether you're a local heading to work or a visitor on the way to Mt Hutt, we've got you covered if something goes wrong.
We offer trailer hire and LPG filling, along with a front shop stocked with food, drinks and barista coffee. With 24-hour fuel available at the pump, you can fill up any time, day or night.
