Challenge Oxford Auto Centre is an independently owned service station/workshop. Graeme and Robyn Paget have been the owners since December 1983, providing excellent customer service and a wide range of services. We are situated on the main road in Oxford on the west of the township in a very user-friendly area.
We understand customers require open and honest service and we pride ourselves on satisfying our customer's needs. Being a small country town, we get a variety of customers passing through and our main goal is to serve everyone's individual needs. We operate swap-a-gas bottles for customer convenience and we are fortunate enough to have three automotive technicians with Warrant of Fitness certificates who give efficient service.
Our shop offers takeaway food and a wide range of convenience shopping - shop with our friendly staff.
Our staff are very committed, friendly and helpful, providing help in all aspects of our business, from the forecourt to the workshop. All of our staff are local and know many members of the community, which makes for an upbeat workplace and many a joke is shared.
Our motto is 'where quality, safety and service matters', and we apply this seven days a week.
Come in and check us out and let us know what you think. Enjoy a complimentary hot coffee while you wait for your Warrant of Fitness.
Oxford is located on Route 72 by-pass through to the Otago, Wanaka areas.
Since the 2010 Canterbury earthquakes our community has grown with more lifestyle blocks and properties in the township, which has made for a busy community.
The encouraging growth of cafes, gift and book shops, a pharmacy and Sunday Farmers market, along with new amenities makes Oxford a well-equipped community and a great place to visit.
